The inspectors at Property Inspection Service are Licensed General Contractors.  All inspection reports follow the guidelines set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  Property Inspection Service provides one FREE re-inspection (within 90 days of the original inspection) to confirm corrective work has been completed properly.  We call it a “paper trial of accountability”.
