At Property Inspection Service we employ a full time office staff that is responsible for scheduling your inspections, getting your reports to you in a timely fashion and is available to answer any questions you may have. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In 1995, after selling and leasing Commercial Real Estate in the Palo Alto/Mountain View area for 10 years, Rusty became the President of Property Inspection Service, the leader in Residential Inspections firm in Northern California. In 2000, Rusty was awarded the Affiliate of the Year by the the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR) for his outstanding work in the community.
